Empowered Eating: a yoga series

Join us for 8 weeks where you will gain knowledge and insight into the one addiction process through the lens of Ayurveda. We will blend yoga with modern nutrition science as a way to see food behaviors and patterns as an external indicator of deeper rooted imbalances. During our time together, we will incorporate simple, mindful practices that help to restore balance on a subtle level with breath (prana) and the five senses (the ways in which we experience the world). Leave feeling empowered to approach your eating behaviors and patterns with compassion and start to create habits that support your lifestyle and wellness goals.
