Infullbloom wellness was created to support individuals in reaching health goals through an individualized approach. I work with those looking to make lasting health changes on their mind, body, and whole being through a blend of yoga and nutrition. I support you in gaining a deep understanding of Self in order to mindfully choose practices to support these outcomes . How does it work ?

Yoga, translated as “oneness” or “union” reminds us that we are a complex being and there are many components to our wellbeing- physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, etc.! All of these intricacies makes us who we are. And sometimes, with all the outside thoughts, energies, and beliefs we get tied up in what’s not ours, bringing about a sense of dis-ease (or imbalance) in one or more of these areas. The practices of yoga can give you the tools to go deep within to remove stagnant energies and blockages to reconnect back to balance.

And food. Well, food is LIFE. Food is something we are linked with each and every day. And we can utilize it as a tool, with our yoga practices to supprot healing and restoring balance from deep within. Eating a well-balanced, wholesome diet not only keeps us physically and mentally strong, it nourishes even in the subtlest areas as we work with our whole-being.

Food comes from the earth and is one of the ways in which we can take our own power back where we can control nourishing our system. Conversely, we use yoga practices to build compassion and self-confidence as we navigate a complex, beautiful system.

I’m here to remind you, there is nothing to fix about you. Our time together will work to remove the layers that have clouded your ability to be present and know true Self. Use yogic principles to reconnect with your truth and build a healthy relationship with food to support your journey.

Meet Kaitlyn

Infullbloom wellness LLC was created by Kaitlyn, a health enthusiast and someone who has found support in the teachings of yoga and the scientific understanding of nutrition to support in building and sustaining a healthy relationship to food. Through her healing journey, Kaitlyn has discovered simple, actionable mindfulness practices that allow her to express, understand, and release her emotions in positive ways and continues to develop her lifestyle to match her needs. Compassion, Continuity, and Community are an integral part of this journey, and her hopes is to support others as they navigate their own journey of whole-being wellness. Kaitlyn is a degree-certified nutritionist, MPH and a 500 RYT, studying to become a Yoga Therapist. Having a diverse background in wellness and public health, Kaitlyn approaches each of her clients from a whole-person view, recognizing that mind, body, and spirit are all connected. She specializes in stress management, anxiety and depression, food relationships, and the prevention and management of chronic conditions.
