Harmony and Healing with Food

Join us for an intimate group series that will explore the ancient wisdoms of Yoga and Ayurveda, as well as modern nutrition science to access empowerment and transformation of our food relationships and behaviors. Eating is essential for all, and because it is such a regular habit, it is also one that has developed/changed from other factors: imbalances, illness, emotions, among other things. It is one of the deepest and intimate relationships we will experience in our lifetime. Our patterns with food can uncover a new perspective as a way to better understand ourselves, and to use food as a tool and source for compassionate self-care and lifestyle practices.

Each week, you will receive an email and video to watch at your own pace and practice the suggestions for the week. We will have a LIVE group discussion each week to share, answer questions, or simply be together in community. Weekly sessions will include discussion on specific nutrition and mindfulness related practices that help to increase self awareness and compassion as we work to implement new, positive strategies that support our relationships to food and the body. We will also explore yoga and Ayurveda principles that help to create an understanding of imbalances within our system to invite restoration and harmony in a compassionate, supportive way.
