This can be challenging as we try to change behaviors and thoughts that no longer serve us, for they are rooted deep in our systems. My goal is to support you as you step into new relationships and behaviors in your day to day !

What to expect

1:1 sessions

1:1 sessions are great for those looking for a physical yoga practice, as well as those looking to increase mindfulness around eating. An exploration into specific food and lifestyle behaviors through the lens of yoga and Ayurveda will help you gain clarity on where imbalances lie, and how to incorporate small changes to reduce stress and anxiety, while improving wellbeing.

Together we build a plan that emphasizes your values and works from a whole-person lens. We’ll use a variety of yoga tools and practices that support mindful eating and living. Cultivating compassion an important tool in letting go of old self-limiting behaviors with grace and non judgment.

Our initial consultation we will meet to discuss your health goals and how I can work collaboratively with you for success. Over the course of our time together keep you empowered to consciously move into your vision by transforming habits and making lasting changes.

Each session begins with a short grounding meditation to enter the space. Sessions will include a variety of the 8 limbs of yoga, as well as some discussion. Working with a blend of Eastern and Western philosophy teachings, we will work to identify the best approach to your goals. I specialize in working with those dealing with stress or anxiety, as well as prevention and management of chronic disease.

Our initial consultation together will be 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions will be 50 minutes. Package options and payment plans available.
